Are drinkware creations dishwasher safe?

All items are HAND WASH ONLY! We use high quality outdoor vinyl on all items, which will not come off when washed, but it is recommended by the manufacturer to hand wash.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days of ordering. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

What is your return policy?

We do not except returns, UNLESS, it is an issue on our part. Please make sure all names, numbers, spelling, and sizes are correct before placing your order. If we make a mistake and it is correct on the initial order, we will be glad to replace it. ☺

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size/style.
