Digital Products

 

No digital products require shipping. You will receive a link to download your digital items at checkout.

 

COVID-19 Shipping Updates

 

Please be aware that our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers. Due to local regulations and business interruptions related to COVID-19, some products may experience delays. We strive to estimate any potential delays on our product pages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

General Shipping Information

 

  • We ship within the United States.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Items in your order may ship separately, but you will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, shipping times are estimations and not guarantees. We recommend shipping items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

 

  • Shipping typically takes 10-15 business days AFTER tracking has been updated.
  • We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the estimated arrival date.

 

Holiday Shipping Information

 

  • Delivery information is provided on each product page. Please note that the last day to order for Christmas delivery varies by product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.

 

Multiple Orders

 

  • Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
  • Shipping to Multiple Locations
  • We cannot split an order to ship to multiple locations. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

 

Address Changes

We cannot change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please verify your shipping details before submitting your order.

APO/FPO Shipping

We are unable to ship most products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.

Customer Service Hours

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to  5pm CST.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped, or a refund can be issued minus the shipping costs.

 

Shipping Damages

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the responsibility of the delivery company. Claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims, we are happy to assist you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking indicates the package was delivered. We will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.
